About Knowme
Hospitality is knowing someone.
Today that knowledge lives nowhere. Knowme fixes the plumbing.
Why Knowme exists
Every stay starts from zero.
Every survey arrives too late and asks too much. Every rating is a crowd average: what a thousand strangers thought, not whether this traveler was looked after.
Knowme changes that. A traveler gives their preferences one time. The places they choose know them before they arrive. Afterward, Knowme asks one plain question of each preference: was it there?
Three people win, in this order:
- The traveler. Their preferences, personal settings and taste, kept for every trip, in their own words. Shared on their terms, and stopped on their terms.
- The provider. Hotels, airlines, restaurants and bars, car services and car rental get one page to read before the guest arrives, and a fair grade on whether they listened.
- The supplier. The water, spirits, coffee, toiletries and bedding travelers name. Brands learn where they're wanted and where they weren't delivered.
What we stand for
Five things we won't trade.
Travelers own what they like.
Preferences belong to the traveler. They decide who sees what, link by link, and can stop any link. Health details leave only with their yes.
Measured, not opinionated.
Knowme never asks whether a traveler liked it. It asks whether what they asked for was there: fully, partly, or not at all.
Taste that travels.
A preference is true for every trip. Nobody should repeat their pillow at every front desk.
Everyone gets better.
Traveler, provider, supplier. Preference, experience, review: that loop is the product.
Quiet.
As discreet as a good concierge. Nothing said twice. No number we made up.
